Zuban Daraz [adj.]: big-mouthed, arrogant, disrespectful in speech.

Zuban Daraz is a sociolinguistics project dedicated to exploring the relationship of South Asian people of all genders with language. Through anonymous submissions, we document examples of words which play a key role in how people of different genders are referred to - and percieved - by those around them, across cultures and language. These words do not necessarily need to be insults or taboo words; instead, we are looking for words that hold special significance for you.
